Yes. Sign up is free, and Barddle drafts your first practice plan with you at no cost. Paid features unlock when you want longer cycles, multiple revisions, voice guidance, or advanced reports.
What happens after I sign up?
You answer a short onboarding — a few minutes. Barddle calibrates around what you tell it, then drafts your first practice plan with you. You can revise it in conversation.
Do I need equipment?
No. Barddle plans around what you have, including no equipment, no floor space, and a chair if that's what's available. Tell it what you have, and it works within that.
Is this medical advice?
No. Barddle is a fitness companion, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. It does not replace a doctor, physical therapist, or coach. If something hurts or you are unsure, ask a qualified professional.
What if I am sore or tired?
Tell Barddle. It will lower the plan, swap pieces, or recommend rest if that is the right call. Rest is part of training, not failure.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT can write a workout. Barddle remembers your body, your week, what worked, and what didn't. It plans, revises with you, and does not start from scratch every time.
Will Barddle send streak reminders?

What happens to my health data?
Your health data is yours. You can export it as a plain JSON file at any time, free, from your account settings. We don't sell it. We use it to plan your practices and improve the agent's recommendations to you.
